I updated and renamed my Comments FAQ and put a prominent link to it over on the left sidebar. This should help commenters who get confused by the comment queue. I re-added "BH Blogs," a blogroll listing some of the fellow Blog Heaven weblogs that look interesting because (gasp) the regular batch of B'nacle blogs that I visit have been getting a tad boring lately. Maybe it's just summer doldrums. I dropped one blog from my "Other Blogs" list of B'nacle blogs. I really miss A Soft Answer and its regular posts on new Mormon and LDS blogs. Maybe I'll try my own "new blogs" post every couple of weeks. I think we're losing track of newcomers.
As long as I'm blabbing about B'nacle blogs, I might as well keep going. Some of the new group blogs that appeared in the spring have withered in the summer heat: Approaching Zion and Unofficial Manifesto, for example, haven't posted much in July. The four sort-of-related science blogs Mormons and Evolution, Issues in Mormon Doctrine, The Spinozist Mormon, and LDS Science Review, are still plugging along, but have posts that are way too long and use too much cross-posting. It's kind of like GM cars -- hard to tell them apart. Needs more product differentiation between brands. Lots of potential, though.
The Archipelago blogs are all healthy, although I do insist that Ronan return to the States promptly and resume his regular blogging duties. Finally, Ned Flanders and Rotten Tomatoes seem to be having great success bucking the onymous trend in the B'nacle and are putting out consistently interesting posts. They are also regular visitors to DMI — must be some connection there.
Thanks, Dave! Serenity Valley and I love you too.

Thanks, Dave, but I have been suffering from the summer doldrums too.

How does someone get listed in the b'nacle or Archipelago?
